Gsba,Builders Private Ltd

We spend most of our time at 49, Arya Nagar Block Ii in Dehradun. It’s where the office for Gsba,Builders Private Ltd is based. Working in this part of town means dealing with the hill weather and getting materials up here when the roads get busy. We mostly just focus on our projects. Sometimes the office is a mess with site plans and half-drunk cups of tea, but that’s how it goes when things are moving. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some days are just about phone calls to suppliers or checking on how the brickwork is looking. Dehradun has changed a lot, and we’ve seen new blocks go up everywhere. Our spot in Arya Nagar is easy to find if you know the area. It’s not fancy. Just a place where we sit down and figure out the next steps for whatever building we’re working on. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. People usually just drop by or call. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Usually, there's a lot of dust on our shoes by the end of the day. We try to keep things organized but construction is never really clean. That's just the truth of it. We keep our tools and paperwork here and try to stay on top of the schedule. It's a small team usually. We know the local guys and where to get what we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
