We operate as G.R.J. Distributors & Developers (P) Ltd. out of Sector-14 in Gurgaon, specifically at number 480. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it suits us just fine. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of Gurgaon. Ours is more traditional and grounded. We deal with distribution and some development work, so there are always people coming in with papers or asking about property stuff. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and ledgers scattered around. We have a small team here. Most of us have been together for years, so we don't need to say much to get things moving. We drink a lot of tea while we look over the schedules. It’s a busy place but we don’t try to act like a big corporate firm. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially in the evenings, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a map or checking on a delivery status. It’s just how we run things here in Sector-14.
