GREENSTAR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INDIA PVT LTD

We’re located over at Plot 145 in Sector 7, right in the middle of IMT Manesar. Our setup is on the first floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the heavy stuff is coming in, but we manage. Being a research and development place, things can look a bit messy. There are prototypes on the tables and notes pinned up everywhere. We’ve been in Haryana for a good stretch now. The air in Manesar can be dusty with all the construction, but inside we try to keep things clean enough for the work. It’s not like those fancy labs you see on TV. It’s more of a practical space where we try to figure out how to make things work better. We spend a lot of hours looking at data or tinkering with parts. Some days it’s frustrating when a test doesn't go right, but that’s just part of R&D. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of people. It’s a dedicated group of us who actually care about what we’re building. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the finish line. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It suits us fine because we’re usually too busy inside to worry about what it looks like from the street. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
