Grasim Industries Ltd

You can find us over at SCO 22 in Sector 14, right on the Old Delhi Road in Gurgaon. We’re part of the Quality Division for the cements side of things, based in a spot that’s always buzzing with activity. This office, A-204, is where we spend most of our time looking over things and making sure everything is in order. It’s not the most glamorous building in Haryana, but it’s functional and it gets the job done for Grasim Industries Ltd. We aren't big on using fancy words to describe what we do. It’s mostly just checking details and keeping track of the paperwork. The area around Sector 14 is pretty busy, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve got a small team here and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t need to say much. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have those big motivational posters you see in some offices. We just show up, drink our tea, and get to work. It’s a solid routine that has served us well over the years. Being on Old Delhi Road means we’re easy to get to, which is helpful. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst all the daily chaos. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We focus on the task at hand.
