Goyal Properties

Goyal Properties is a small shop located at number 4 in the Housing Board Colony Market on Jharsa Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a local spot where everyone pretty much knows everyone else. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen kids grow up and buy their own places nearby. Our business is mostly about helping people find a place to live or selling what they have. It isn't a high-pressure environment here. We mostly just sit around, drink some tea, and talk about what’s available on the market. We don't use any fancy software to match people with homes; it’s mostly just notes in a big ledger and what we remember in our heads. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the legalities, so we just try to explain things in plain English to anyone who asks. The market can be loud on weekends, but we like being right in the middle of it. We don't have a big team or a lot of expensive cars parked outside. We’re just local people who understand the Jharsa Road area and how the housing board projects work. It’s a simple business run by people who live right around the corner. We keep our hours flexible because that’s just how life works around here, and we prefer it that way.
