Our office is located at Quarter Number 53 in the E Block of Nanakpura, right near the post office in New Delhi. It is a very central spot, but it has that local Delhi neighborhood feel that you don't always find in the newer parts of the city. Being near the post office is handy because we are always sending out documents or waiting for packages to arrive. The space is a bit tight, as you might expect for a place in Nanakpura, but we have everything we need to run Gold Developers Private Ltd from here. We spend our hours looking over plans, talking to contractors, and trying to navigate the busy streets of Delhi. It can be a bit loud outside with the traffic and the general bustle of the city, but we are used to it. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don’t need to explain much to each other. We just get on with the tasks. Some days are spent mostly out on sites, and other days we are stuck behind our desks catching up on all the files. It is the kind of place where you can just drop in and find someone drinking tea and working on a spreadsheet. We just try to do a good job and keep things moving. There is always plenty of paperwork to handle but we stay on top of it.
