Our setup for Goel Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd is a bit different because we mostly handle things through our digital channels like our main email address. We are busy with a lot of heavy work on-site, so we aren't always sitting behind a desk in a fancy building. A lot of our coordination happens on the move. It might seem a bit old-school using a Yahoo account, but it has worked for us for years and we see no reason to change it now. Most of our day is spent at various job sites checking on progress or talking to suppliers. When we do sit down to catch up on emails, it’s usually late in the evening or early before the sun comes up. We deal with a lot of structural stuff and machinery, so our hands are usually dirtier than your average office worker. The infrastructure business is tough and requires a lot of attention to detail. We aren't big on writing long descriptions about ourselves. We just do the work and send the invoices. If someone needs to reach us, they just send a message and we get back to them when we can. It’s a no-frills way of doing things, but it keeps the projects moving. We’ve got a small crew that knows what they’re doing.
