You can find us at House No B-162 on the 2nd floor in Suncity, Sector 54, Gurgaon. Being in Haryana, we get the full experience of the weather, from the dusty winds to the heavy rains in July. Our office is up a flight of stairs, and it is a pretty quiet place most of the time. We have a few rows of desks with computers and some tall plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. Global Vantedge (P) Ltd has been in this Suncity spot for a while, and it feels more like a home than a cold business center. We can see the trees from our windows, which is nice when we are stuck on long calls or typing out reports. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is peaceful compared to the main city center. We eat our lunch together in a small break room that gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon. There are always stacks of folders and sticky notes everywhere because we handle a lot of different files. We are not into the whole corporate culture of wearing suits every day; we just wear what is comfortable and get our work done. The 2nd-floor location means we get a bit of exercise every day. It is a straightforward setup where everyone knows their job and we don't have many unnecessary meetings. We just keep things running smoothly and try to go home on time.
