We've been at B1/56 in Sushant Lok III for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector 57, and if you’ve ever walked around here, you know how Gurgaon gets in the afternoon. We mostly deal with finding people for energy jobs, which is a lot harder than it sounds some days. My desk is usually covered in papers and coffee cups because things move fast. It’s not a huge fancy office with glass walls everywhere, just a practical space where we get on with the work. We started out because we saw how many people needed help getting into the right roles in this sector. Most days, we are just on the phone or emailing back and forth with folks who are looking for a change. It’s quiet in the mornings, then everything picks up around eleven. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in Gurgaon. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door or calls us up. There isn’t a lot of fluff here. We just know the industry pretty well and try to help where we can. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing to deep chats about technical skills. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it feels right and people know where to find us without much trouble.
