Our place is situated over at Dada Bhavan, which is in Dayanand Colony right on the New Railway Road here in Gurgaon. It’s a well-known part of town, though it can get pretty congested during the rush hours. We’ve set up our workspace here because it’s convenient for everyone. We aren’t a huge corporation with layers of management. It’s a much more grounded setup than that. Inside, you’ll find a few desks and a lot of paperwork. We don’t spend money on expensive decor or leather chairs. That’s just not how we operate. We prefer to keep things simple and focus on the work itself. Every morning, the team gathers, we have a quick chat about what needs doing, and then we just dive into it. Sometimes the power goes out, or the street noise gets a bit much, but that’s just life in Gurgaon. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. It’s a decent environment to work in. We don't have any grand speeches about our values or anything like that. We just show up and put in the hours. It’s a small business lifestyle, and it suits us just fine. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here without having to put on a show for anyone. It's about being practical and getting things finished before we head home for the evening.
