We’ve been running things out of Dada Bhavan in Dayanand Colony for quite some time now. If you’re familiar with Gurgaon, you probably know New Railway Road. It’s a busy stretch, and we’re right in the middle of it. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space with desks, chairs, and the usual clutter of a working day. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks. Some of us have been here since the start, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially with the trains passing by nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t really follow a strict corporate handbook. We just try to get the work done and handle whatever problems pop up during the day. It’s a small group, so we all know each other well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to keep the doors open and do a decent job for the people who come to us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at the computer. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down a bit. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we like the routine.
