It’s basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace over time. It makes things feel a little more relaxed than a cold office building with elevators and guards. We do consultancy work, which sounds a bit vague to some, but mostly it means we help people figure out their business problems. We don't have a giant receptionist desk or a lobby with a water feature. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Sometimes we get distracted by stuff happening on the street outside or the neighbor's dog, but usually we’re pretty locked into our tasks. We aren't trying to be the most famous consultants in Haryana. We just want to give honest advice and do the research that people ask for. It’s a lot of reading and a lot of checking facts. Sometimes we stay late because a project is due, and other times we leave early if things are slow. We don't have a rigid corporate culture here with handbooks and rules. It’s just a few of us who know each other well. We don't use those fancy buzzwords you hear in big boardrooms. We just talk like regular people and try to get to the point. Saraswati Kunj is a decent place to be based, even if the parking is a bit of a headache.
