Geodis Overseas Pvt. Ltd

We work out of Sector 57 in Gurgaon. Our office is in Harmony Homes, which is part of Sushantlok Phase III. It is a busy part of town, and there is always something happening outside on the streets. Geodis Overseas is the name we use, but inside it is just a group of us sitting at our computers. We deal with shipping things across borders and handling all that paperwork that comes with international trade. It is a lot of forms and customs talk. The office isn't very big, and we have folders piled up on most surfaces. We don't really do the whole corporate aesthetic here. It feels more like a lived-in workspace. We have got a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually where we talk about the day’s problems. Gurgaon can be a tough place to navigate with the traffic and the fast pace of everything, but we have settled in here at 30/3. We handle logistics for all sorts of items. It is a lot of coordination with people in different time zones. Sometimes the phone rings at odd hours, but that is just the nature of this business. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just focus on getting the clearances done and the freight moving. It is steady work, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just show up and do our bit to keep the shipments moving.
