Genpact (Previously Ge Capital International Services)

We are based out of Gurgaon, over in Sector 57. The place is called Harmony Homes, and it is part of Sushant Lok Phase 3. It’s a bit of a mix here between residential buildings and office spaces. Even though we are a big name like Genpact, this specific office feels a bit more grounded. We used to be GE Capital International Services a long time ago, but that changed, and now we are just known as Genpact. The area around Sector 57 has changed a lot since we first came here. There are more shops and better roads now, though the Gurgaon traffic is still a mess most days. Our office at 17/2 is where we do our daily work. It is full of people on headsets and computers, which is pretty standard for what we do. It’s not always glamorous, and the air conditioning is sometimes too cold or not enough, but we deal with it. We have our routines, like getting lunch from the local spots or taking a quick walk outside to get some air. Being in Haryana, we see people from all over coming here for work. The building itself is just a part of the local landscape now. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world; we just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day and then heading home through the evening rush. It’s just how the days go for us here.
