Genpact International Service

Genpact International Service is located at Flat No 20 in the Rao Complex. We’re in Chakkarpur, which is right near the Sahara Mall in Gurgaon. If you know that area, you know it’s always hopping with people and cars. The Rao Complex is a bit more tucked away, but still very close to the main mall area. We work out of this flat, and it’s a busy little hub for us. Gurgaon is known for its massive glass buildings, but we’re in a more traditional complex. It’s a bit more grounded and feels more like a real neighborhood. We handle various international services from here. The rooms are filled with desks and cables. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Being near Sahara Mall is handy for lunch or when we need to grab something quickly. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished mission statement. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in a space that fits our needs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the fancy ergonomic kind, but they do the job just fine. We focus on the service we provide rather than the decor. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s just how things are at our Gurgaon office. We stay focused and keep moving.
