General Cable

General Cable has its setup over at Iris Tech Park. We are in Sector-48 on Sohna Road, specifically in Tower-A on the 5th floor. We have units 508 through 510. It’s a pretty large building with a lot of other companies. Our space is where we handle the business side of things for the cables and wires we deal with. It’s an office environment, but it doesn't feel too stiff. We have a lot of charts and samples lying around the meeting rooms. Sohna Road is always a hive of activity, and the commute can be a bit of a grind during rush hour. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the tech park. There’s a lot of coming and going in the lobby. We aren't the type to put on a big show for visitors. We just provide the information they need about our cable products. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for decades and some newer faces. We don't spend much time on fancy mission statements. We just make sure the orders are correct and the specs meet the requirements. The office gets quite a bit of sunlight in the mornings which is nice. Sometimes the elevators take a while, but that’s just life in a high-rise. We're just here to do a solid job and keep things moving for our clients. There is a food court nearby where we usually grab a bite.
