You can find Gaurav International Haryana over at 236 Phase-1 in Udyog Vihar. This area of Haryana is always packed with people going to work in the mornings. Our building is a standard industrial setup, nothing special from the outside. We’ve got a lot of floor space dedicated to the sewing lines and the cutting tables. It’s a busy environment where someone is always moving a cart of fabric or checking a manifest against a pile of boxes. We handle a lot of different clothing items throughout the week. Sometimes it’s just plain shirts, and other times it’s heavy trousers. The radio is usually playing some music in the background, but you can barely hear it over the hum of the machines and the fans. We’ve got a mix of experienced workers who have been here forever and some newer folks still learning the ropes. We don't have fancy break rooms; we usually just sit where we can and have our lunch boxes during the afternoon break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority when there are deadlines to meet and orders to ship. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the packing is done properly so nothing gets damaged in transit. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but we’re used to the grind. The trucks come in the late afternoon to pick up whatever we finished that day.
