Gannon N Dunkerley

Out here in Gurgaon, things move pretty fast, but Gannon N Dunkerley stays pretty grounded. We are in the 122001 area, which is right in the middle of everything. The office is a bit of a refuge from the crazy traffic outside. It’s not a shiny glass building like some of the ones you see in the newer parts of Haryana. We have a more traditional setup with heavy desks and a lot of filing folders. The work keeps us busy from morning till evening. There’s always a ledger to update or a site visit to plan. We don't spend time on social media or trying to look bigger than we are. People know where to find us if they need something done. The staff has been together for a while, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s a comfortable rhythm. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or find something else to do that doesn't need a computer. It’s just a normal workplace. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to finish by Friday. It’s practical and it works for us. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't plan on changing much. The coffee isn't great but the company is decent enough, and we get through the piles of paperwork eventually without making a big deal of it.
