Galen Technology Pvt.Ltd is located in Gurgaon. We’re one of those tech companies that you find all over this city. Our office is a place where we mostly sit around and write code or fix bugs in software. It’s not a very glamorous setup. We have rows of desks with multiple monitors and a lot of tangled wires. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with coffee mugs and notebooks lying around, but we know where everything is. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with it as best as we can. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There isn’t much hierarchy here; we just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be done. We’ve had some late nights when a project is close to being finished, ordering food and staying until the early hours. That’s just the nature of the work we do. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, someone just looks up from their screen and asks how they can help. It’s a very informal environment, which suits us just fine. We just focus on the tech and try to get things right. It’s a lot of work but it feels good when stuff works.
