We have been in this part of Gurgaon for a good number of years now. It’s a busy area and we’ve watched a lot of new buildings go up around us while we’ve been working here. Our office isn't some super-polished corporate headquarters. It’s a practical space where we keep our project records and meet to discuss the day’s schedule. We don't use much fancy language because we’re mostly focused on the actual construction work we do. There are usually rolls of blueprints and some dusty boots near the door, which is pretty normal for us. We don't have a big mission statement or a bunch of promotional talk. We know how Gurgaon works and we just do our best to navigate the local challenges that come up. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult or supplies don't show up on time, but we just deal with it as it comes.
