We’ve been operating out of Plot No. 87 in Sector-22 for a good bit now. Palam Vihar is a decent spot for what we do. It’s mostly just office work and making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We deal with international stuff, which means lots of phone calls at odd hours because of the time differences. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows what they need to do. Sometimes the tea runs out before the day is over, which is always a bit of a crisis. We don’t spend much on big ads or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a lot of coordination. You’d be surprised how much time it takes just to track a shipment. We try to keep things moving. Sector-22 can get a bit crowded with traffic, but we manage. If you’re looking for the place, it’s the one with the blue gate. We’ve thought about painting it, but there’s always something more urgent to do. It’s a practical setup. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If a client calls, someone usually picks up right away. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Palam Vihar. No big corporate layers, just us working through the list of things that need to happen. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound, but we’re used to it by now.
