Fluid Gym & Spa

You can find us over on Golf Course Road in Dlf City Phase 1. Our address is F 12/8A. We are pretty close to Jalsa Restaurant, which is a good landmark if you’re driving around Gurgaon and get lost. Fluid Gym & Spa has been operating here for a while. It’s a busy area with lots of cars and people always on the move. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more grounded. We have the gym side and then the spa area, so it’s a bit of a mix of energy and quiet. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit cramped when a class lets out, but everyone is usually in a good mood. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s mostly just functional equipment and clean rooms. The staff here are mostly from the local area. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure there are enough clean towels. Golf Course Road is a fast-paced part of town, so we see a lot of professionals coming in before they head to their offices. It’s just a normal place where people come to sweat or relax for an hour. We aren't trying to be the most high-tech spot in the world. We just want to make sure the showers work and the weights are where they belong. It is a straightforward setup for the Dlf City community.
