Family Dentist

Our clinic, Family Dentist, is down in the lower ground floor of Super Mart-II in DLF City Phase IV, Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy Super Mart gets, especially in the evenings. We are near Galleria Market and also quite close to Sushant Lok-I, so we get people from all those neighborhoods coming in. Being on the lower ground floor at D 18 means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief. It’s a dental clinic, so it’s clean and straightforward. We aren’t trying to be a spa; we just fix teeth. The space is used efficiently. There’s always someone coming or going. Sometimes the parking in Super Mart is a total mess, but that’s just life in Phase IV. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here, which is kind of nice. The staff knows most of the regular faces. We just do our jobs and go home. There is no big corporate office behind us, just a local team of people who live nearby. We keep the magazines in the waiting area updated when we remember. It’s a bit of a maze in the basement levels sometimes, but once you find D 18, you’re set. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because we know people don’t always like visiting the dentist. It’s just a normal part of the local community. We don't make things complicated. If there is a problem with a tooth, we look at it and tell you what is going on.
