Extechabrasive

Our office is up on the ninth floor of Galleria Tower in DLF Phase-IV. It’s a pretty busy part of Gurgaon, especially during the lunch hour when everyone heads down to the shops. Extechabrasive is where we spend most of our time, dealing with all sorts of grinding and sanding materials. Even though we’re in a high-rise, the work is still very much about industrial supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone with factories and various suppliers. It’s a lot of talk about grit sizes and technical specs. The office is usually full of samples, and there’s always a bit of a mess on the side tables. We aren't really the type to wear suits and ties every day. We’re more interested in making sure the orders are moving along. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush to get somewhere. But we like being in this area because everything we need is close by. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve seen the skyline around here change quite a bit from our window. It’s just a regular office life for us, keeping track of inventory and making sure people get what they asked for. We don’t have a big marketing team; it’s just us doing the work every day. It gets tiring but it's what we do for a living.
