Exsear Partners

Exsear Partners operates out of House No->B-50 in Kendriya Vihar, which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s inside a residential complex. You have to pass through the security gate and look for our building. It feels more like a home than a regular business office, which we actually prefer. We handle various partner-related work and small business tasks from here. There isn't a big glass entrance or a receptionist waiting to greet you. Usually, one of us just opens the door when someone knocks. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff like printers, folders, and computers. It’s a quiet place to work since it's away from the main roads. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-end decor. Most of our desks are just simple tables we’ve used for years. We spend our days going through emails and making sure our partners have what they need. It’s honest work and we like the pace of it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, which adds a bit of life to the day. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. We don't use any complicated business lingo or make big promises. We just handle the tasks as they come in and try to stay on top of everything. We keep a small stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoons get long.
