We are out here in Mundhalia, near the P.O. Bikaner area in the Rewari district. It is quite a bit of a journey to get out here if you aren't already familiar with this part of Haryana. This is the spot where we handle things for Exide in this local region. It is more of a warehouse and distribution setup than a typical office. Most of our space is taken up by the stock, so the actual office part is very simple and basic. We see a lot of trucks coming in to drop off goods or pick up orders for delivery. Being in a village area like Mundhalia means that life and work move at a slightly different pace than they do in the big cities. We know all the local drivers and the people who live around the site. It can be a dusty place, especially when the wind starts blowing across the open ground. We focus on making sure the batteries get out to the dealers and customers who need them. It is mostly about checking the inventory and making sure the numbers in the ledger match what is on the shelves. We don't have a reception area or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you will likely find us in the middle of a stock count or talking to the transporters about their routes. It is straightforward, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year.
