Our group at Executive Search Firm, Delhi works out of Sarda Farm. It’s located on Old Palam Road, right near Sector 19 in Dundahera, Gurgaon. It's an interesting spot because it’s a bit away from the main high-rise buildings you see in other parts of Haryana. We spend most of our time looking for people for different jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. The office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on resumes. We don't have a big shiny lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us and some desks. Dundahera is a lively area once you step outside. We’ve been based here for a bit and know the local tea stalls pretty well. Finding the right person for a role takes time and patience. We don't use any fancy software to automate everything; we just talk to people. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. It’s honest work. We don't promise miracles, just that we’ll put in the hours. The farm area gives us a bit of breathing room compared to the cramped city streets. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people doing their best to match folks with companies. We're usually busy, but there's always time for a quick chat. It is a very basic way of doing things but it seems to work for us.
