You can find Ethni Craft over at D-227 in Sushant Lok-I. It’s a nice area with plenty of trees. We work out of the ground floor here. The space is filled with all sorts of things—wood scraps, tools, and half-finished projects. It’s a bit of a mess, but that’s how it goes when you’re making things by hand. We aren't a factory. We just have a few people who like working with their hands. Sometimes the floor is covered in sawdust and we have to sweep it up three times a day. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. If you want to see what we’re making, you just have to come into the workshop and look around. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the windows could use a good cleaning. We don't follow a strict schedule. We stay until the job is done. The guys usually listen to the radio while they work. We buy our supplies from the local markets and we know the vendors there quite well. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We don't spend time on fancy presentations. We just show people what we’ve built and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run a shop, and we’ve been doing it this way at Sushant Lok for a long time. It works for us and our customers who know where to find us.
