If you are looking for us, we are up on the second floor of House Number 932 in Sector 22B. It’s right here in Gurgaon. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step when they come up for interviews. It is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of folders. HR work means we spend a lot of time reading through resumes and talking to people about what they want to do for work. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us in this small space trying to help people find jobs. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which is nice, but it can get warm if the fan isn’t on high. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up faster than we can file it away. We talk to all sorts of people from different backgrounds every day. Some are looking for their first job and others want a big change. We just listen and see where they might fit. Gurgaon is a busy place for hiring, so the phone rings quite a bit. We don’t use any fancy software to talk to people; we just prefer a regular conversation. It’s a pretty basic way of doing things, but it seems to work out for everyone involved. Just a regular HR office in the middle of Sector 22B.
