Our spot is G11/12 in the Type Q section of Qutub Enclave, right in DLF City Phase 1. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to Gurgaon’s layout, but once you find the right block, it’s pretty quiet. We deal with management solutions, which basically means we spend our day looking at spreadsheets and talking to businesses about their problems. The office is compact but it fits us all. We have a lot of files stacked up because we haven’t gone completely paperless yet, even though we keep saying we will. It’s a real place with real mess sometimes. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch just to clear our heads. Being in Phase 1 is nice because it’s one of the older, more settled parts of the city. We’ve seen the skyline change a lot from our window over the years. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just have a kettle and some tea bags. It’s an honest day’s work here at Et Cetera Management Solutions. We don’t try to sound like a big multinational; we are just a local team trying to help other businesses stay organized. Most of our neighbors are nice people, and we all help each other out if someone needs a hand with a delivery or something. It works for us and has for years.
