Ester Industries Limited

Our office is on the 2nd Floor of Building 8A in DLF Cyber City, Phase 2. It’s a busy part of the city, and the glass buildings all look kind of the same after a while. Ester Industries Limited has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the commute and the crowds. It’s a big change from some of the other places we’ve worked. There are a lot of tech companies around us, but we do our own thing with polymers and specialty films. The elevators in Building 8A can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we usually try to avoid them then. Inside our space, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the phone with our manufacturing plants. It’s not always glamorous, despite being in Cyber City. There’s a lot of technical talk and spreadsheets involved in our daily routine. We have a mix of people here, some who have been with the company for decades and others who just started. It makes for a good balance. The view from the window is mostly other office buildings, but it’s nice to see the city lights in the evening. We don't really do much in the way of fancy events or corporate retreats. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It’s a steady pace, and while it can get stressful when deadlines approach, we usually manage to get everything sorted out.
