Esscon Engineers Pvt Ltd is located over in Gurgaon, at Flat No. B2 417 in Sector 56. It’s a residential area, which might seem a bit odd for an engineering firm, but it works out well for us. We have set up our workspace inside the flat. It gives the whole thing a very personal, local feel. We aren't one of those big firms in the shiny glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We are just a small team working out of Sector 56. Most of our work involves engineering projects, and we spend a lot of our time looking at drawings and plans on our desks. The atmosphere here is very relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. We just sit around, drink tea, and figure out how to solve the problems we are working on. It’s a very practical way to run a business. Sometimes the neighbors see us coming and going with our equipment. We’ve been in this flat for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s quiet enough for us to get our thinking done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need us usually know exactly where to find us. We just focus on doing a good job with the engineering tasks we take on. It’s honest work, and we don’t feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it really is.
