Essar Telecom Retail Ltd is located at House Number 127 in Saraswati Vihar, Chakkarpur. If you know the Gurgaon area, you know it is a place that is always growing and changing every month. Our office is basically a house that we have set up for our telecom work. It feels a lot more like a home than a corporate building, which we actually prefer for our daily routine. We spend our days dealing with retail stuff and making sure the telecom side of things is running smoothly for the people we serve. There is always someone coming in or out, and the phones are usually ringing off the hook. Saraswati Vihar is a busy residential neighborhood, so we have neighbors living all around us who are doing their own thing. It is quite different from working in one of those huge tech parks with security guards everywhere. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea, and we usually sit around a big table when we need to discuss a problem. The streets around Chakkarpur can be a bit tight, especially with all the cars parked everywhere, but we have gotten used to maneuvering through them over the years. We are not trying to be anything we are not; we are just a local team doing our job in a regular house. We know the people in the area and they know us by now. It is a very straightforward way of working.
