If you head down Basai Road in Gurgaon, you'll find Ess Kay Connect Enterprises at 63/20 in Nai Abadi. It’s a lively neighborhood, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm here. We aren't one of those big glass-building companies you see in the newer parts of Gurgaon. Our place is more down-to-earth. We focus on connecting people and businesses, which means a lot of phone calls and sitting through traffic to meet folk in person. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and coffee mugs, but that’s just a sign that we’re working hard. We don’t follow a strict corporate manual. Instead, we rely on common sense and the experience we’ve picked up over the years. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to organize or a client to follow up with. We’ve had the same few employees for a long time, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to make it right.
