We have our office at N/50 in May Field Garden, which is over in Sector 48 of Gurgaon. This part of town has changed a lot over the years, and it’s a mix of residential areas and new office blocks. Our place is tucked away in the garden area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road, which is a relief. We focus on the engineering and infrastructure side of things from this hub. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking on their mobiles about site deliveries. It’s a fairly modern space compared to some of our other branches, but it still has that lived-in feel with stacks of blueprints and technical manuals everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and coordinating with teams out in the field. The commute through Gurgaon can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It isn't a formal place; we wear regular clothes and focus on the work rather than how we look. There are always people coming and going, so the energy stays pretty high throughout the day. We’re just a bunch of people trying to keep these big projects on track without getting bogged down.
