Era Infra Engg. Ltd. Rmc Division

We have been set up in Ram Nagar for a while now, specifically at 456/4 near the Bhuteswar Mandir. It is a busy part of Gurgaon and the noise from the temple and the street traffic is pretty much constant. Our RMC division is right in the thick of it. The yard stays busy with trucks coming in and out at all hours. It gets very dusty, and when the Haryana heat hits in the summer, it can be a real struggle for everyone working out there. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we manage the concrete loads and keep the machinery running. Most of the morning is spent checking the logs and making sure the drivers have their directions clear. Sometimes the traffic near the Mandir holds things up, which is frustrating, but that’s just life in this part of town. We have a small office area that’s usually cluttered with site reports and half-empty tea cups. The people here have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. It’s a lot of shouting over the sound of the mixers and trying to stay ahead of the daily schedule. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; it’s just a place where work gets done every day. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to worry about that right now.
