Even though the company name mentions a big turnover, our daily reality is much more grounded here at House No. 1012 in Sector 7 Ext, Gurgaon. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We handle the local operations and some of the procurement stuff for engineering projects from this location. There are usually stacks of blueprints and project files on the tables. It’s not a place for fancy decor. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on the technical drawings or the budget sheets. We don't have a big team here, just a handful of us who keep the gears turning. Sometimes clients come by, and we just sit in the main room and go over the details. It's a very practical way of working. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge global entity in our day-to-day talk. We're just people in Gurgaon making sure the construction and engineering tasks get handled properly. We go out for lunch at the local markets and deal with the usual Haryana traffic when we have to visit sites. It's a lot of hard work and keeping track of many small details at once. We don't use any polished language; we just tell it like it is and get the projects moving forward.
