We are situated out in the countryside in Garhi Nahar, which falls under the Magana post in the Mathura district. Being away from the big cities like Delhi or even the main Mathura town makes things feel a lot different here. It is much quieter, and you can actually see the fields when you look out the window. The pace of life is slower, which is something we have grown to appreciate over the years. Our facility is a basic setup, built to handle the technical work we do without needing all the bells and whistles of a city office. Sometimes the roads getting here can be a bit rough after a heavy rain, and you might have to dodge a cow or two on your way in. We are a small group of people, and everyone knows everyone else’s name. There is no formal dress code or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. Most of the folks working here are from the nearby villages, so there is a real sense of community in the building. We start our day early when the air is still cool and try to get the heavy lifting done before the midday sun hits. It’s an honest way to work, surrounded by trees and open space rather than concrete and glass. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand until it is time to pack up.
