This branch of Energy Infratech is based out of the Soubhagya house, which is 13/1/8 in Gayatri Nagar. It’s located in the Malegaon-Camp area of Nashik. Pritishkumar Karnavat is the main person here. The office is basically part of the local community in Maharashtra. It’s not some sterile corporate environment. We have windows that look out onto the street, and you can hear the local sounds of Malegaon all day long. We focus on the technical side of energy infrastructure, even though our name mentions Gurgaon. Things run a bit differently here; it’s a bit more relaxed but the work still gets done on time. We handle a lot of paperwork and site coordination from this desk. The house is easy to find if you know Gayatri Nagar at all. We have our files organized in old metal cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days, but they work fine for what we need. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We don't really do the whole big business pitch thing. We just talk to our clients like regular people and explain what needs to happen with their projects. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on local sites. We like being in this part of Nashik because it feels like a real neighborhood rather than an industrial park. We just keep things moving along steadily and handle whatever technical issues come our way.
