Enercon India Ltd

Out here in the Jajpur district of Orissa, you can find our Enercon India Ltd office in Serpur. We are under the Deoda post office and people usually come via Brahmabardha to get to us. It’s a rural setting, quite different from the big city offices you see on TV. We operate out of a simple building that serves its purpose. There isn’t a whole lot of extra stuff here—just what we need to get the job done. The people working here are mostly locals from the surrounding villages. We understand how things work in this part of Orissa, and we don't try to change that. We just do our work, talk to the people we need to, and keep the records straight. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have big meetings about goals or visions. We just talk about what needs fixing or which files need to be sent out today. It’s quiet most of the time, except when the local transport is moving through. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve become a small part of the landscape in Serpur. We don’t put on any airs or graces. We’re just a practical team doing practical work for the company. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and it keeps us busy. That’s the reality of our office here in Jajpur. We just keep things moving at our own pace and deal with things as they come.
