Emaarmgf Land Ltd

Our office for Emaarmgf Land Ltd is located at 119 Aravali Appartment in Alaknanda, New Delhi. It is a nice residential pocket, and the apartment complex has a lot of greenery around it. Being based in an apartment means our workspace is quite cozy and doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We have turned a few of the rooms into our main working areas. There are plenty of books and papers scattered around because we are always busy with something or other. Alaknanda is a good place to be because it is relatively quiet compared to the rest of New Delhi. We have some good neighbors and a local market just a short walk away where we grab lunch. The address is 119, so it’s easy to find once you are inside the gate. We have a few computers and a big table where we sit for our daily chats. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist sitting at the front. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us just working away at our desks. We like the simple way of doing things. No big mission statements or corporate talk. We just want to do our work properly and then go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life and we are happy with how things are going here in Alaknanda. It is just a place where we get our daily tasks done.
