Our office is located at H.No. 745/7 Extn. Urban Estate in Gurgaon. We’ve been in this extension area for a while now. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is just a regular building among many others. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything flashy out front. We focus on land projects for the company. Inside, it’s a very practical environment. We have desks, cabinets full of files, and a few printers that always seem to be running. It’s a place where work gets done, not a place for showing off. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and checking on various site developments. Gurgaon is always changing, and being in the Urban Estate extension keeps us close to where things are happening. The team here is small and we’ve been working together for quite some time. We don’t use a lot of fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We just tell it like it is. If there’s a delay, we say so. If something is going well, we mention that too. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the blueprints and maps, but we know where everything is. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple, honest setup that works for us and the projects we handle.
