You can find us at H. No. 77 in Sector 22A, Gurgaon. We run our land office out of this house. It’s a lot more comfortable than being in a giant office block. Most of the time, we are busy with phone calls or looking over various maps of the area. It’s a simple setup. We have a few rooms converted into offices with desks and computers. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or a receptionist to greet you. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working. Gurgaon is a place that never stops, so there is always something new to keep track of. Sector 22A is a good spot for us. It’s easy enough to get around from here. We aren't interested in fancy marketing or sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who know this city and the land business pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just handle it. We’ve been at House Number 77 for a while and it suits us just fine. It’s an honest, practical way to work. We just focus on the projects and try to be helpful when people have questions about the land we manage.
