Out here in Village Begumpur Khatolla, the pace is a bit different than the city center, but the Jaipur Highway keeps things moving fast. Em Kay Auto Industries Ltd is located right near Hero Honda Chowk, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. If you’re looking for us, we are quite close to the Shani Mandir. The factory floor is usually the heart of everything we do. There is a certain rhythm to the machines that you start to hear even when you go home at night. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for a long time now. The guys on the floor know their jobs inside and out. We don’t really do much in the way of big presentations or corporate events. We just show up, put on our gear, and get the production lines running. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work tough, but we manage. There is a lot of pride in just getting the parts made right and out the door on time. Being near the highway means we see a lot of trucks and travel, which reminds us that the stuff we make is going all over the place. We keep things simple and try to look out for each other. It's a regular job for regular people, and we are fine with that. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay here.
