This particular branch is tucked away in the Baikunth area of Raipur, specifically at Block 6/89 near the Century Cement site. It’s an industrial sort of place, so there is always dust and the sound of heavy machinery in the background. Even though the company name mentions Gurgaon, our daily life happens right here in Chhattisgarh. We spend most of our time coordinating things for the plant and making sure the logistics don't fall apart. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception area with flowers. Mostly, it’s desks, computers, and people wearing sturdy boots because they’ve just come from the site. The weather here in Raipur can be quite tough, especially in the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We deal with a lot of local workers and vendors from the surrounding district. It’s a lot of coordination and checking lists. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image; we are here to make sure the operations run as they should. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just have to wait it out and catch up later. It's a bit isolated out here in Baikunth, but that's where the work is. Most of the staff has been here for years and we all just know what needs to be done. It's not a complicated life, just a busy one focused on the day-to-day industrial tasks.
