Educomp Solutions Ltd is located in Gurgaon, right in Sector 56. We’re in Flat D401 at Vigyan Vihar. Working out of a flat gives the place a very different feel than a typical office park. It's more comfortable and less stiff. Gurgaon is always moving so fast, but inside Vigyan Vihar, things feel a little more settled. We have our computers set up and we spend the day going through our tasks. There’s no big lobby or anything like that here. If you come by, you’re basically just coming into our workspace. We aren't big on using fancy words to describe what we do. We just do the work. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a bit, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. Sector 56 is a good part of town, with enough shops and places to eat nearby. Sometimes we get together to talk about projects, but usually, it's just quiet work. We don't have a corporate culture because we don't really know what that means. We just know how to work hard and be reliable. Being in a residential building means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, which keeps us grounded. It’s a plain, honest way to run a business. We stay busy, handle our responsibilities, and don’t worry too much about looking like a high-profile firm. We are just here in Gurgaon, doing what we do every single day.
