People come in with their papers, and we see what’s available for them at that time. We’ve been around this part of Lucknow for a good bit of time now. The office is easy to find if you know where the colony is. It’s usually just a couple of us working the phones and talking to folks who walk in. Some days it’s packed and other days it’s just quiet paperwork. We don’t promise anything big or flashy, we just try to match what people can do with what employers are asking for.
