Our office is located at 50 Old Rai Ganj in the Sipri Bazar area of Jhansi. We go by the name Dynamic Prestress India Prt. Ltd. Jhansi is a place with a lot of history and Sipri Bazar is always moving. Our building is an older one, right in the thick of things. We do pre-stressing work which is pretty specialized. The office is usually cluttered with technical manuals and site reports. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a waiting lounge. You just walk in and we are there working at our desks. The air in Jhansi can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning off the tables. We have been at 50 Old Rai Ganj for a good amount of time now. Most of the people working here are local. We have a routine of starting early before it gets too hot. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the current jobs. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just make sure the work gets done correctly. Sometimes the street outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. It is a lively spot to be. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
