If you know Sector 14 in Gurgaon, you know it is one of those older, more established residential areas. It is not like the new parts of the city with all the high-rises and malls. It feels more like a neighborhood. We do placement consulting, which basically means we spend all day talking to people who are looking for jobs and companies that need workers. It is a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes. Some days are really quiet and other days the office is a total mess with people coming in and out. We are not a big, polished firm. We just have our desks set up here in the colony and we try to match people up with roles. Being in Haryana, we get a lot of local folks stopping by. The building is a bit older, and we have had to fix the plumbing a few times, but it is home for us. We do not have a marketing team or anything; we just do the work and stay busy.
