DT Cinemas

We are over here at Nh08 in Sector 30. Most days start early before the first show kicks off. You can usually find us checking the lobby floors or making sure the popcorn machine is warmed up right. It’s a movie theater, plain and simple. We don’t have those massive gold-plated chairs some places talk about, but the seats here do the job just fine. Sometimes the traffic outside on the highway gets pretty loud, but once you’re inside with the movie going, you don't really hear it much. We spend a lot of time sweeping up after the kids leave. It's funny how much popcorn ends up on the floor instead of in people's mouths. The staff here is mostly local folks who live nearby. We know the regulars who come for the afternoon shows when it’s hot outside. The screen is big, the sound works like it should, and we try to keep the temperature cool enough so nobody sweats. It’s just a regular spot in the neighborhood where people go to see whatever is out that week. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days are busy, especially weekends, and some days we just sit around waiting for the evening crowd to show up. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this running, but we just take it one showtime at a time. It’s what we do here in Sector 30.
